Well chances are you’re most likely one of two people.
- You’ve heard of us, whether in the Yellow Pages, from a friend, or we’ve done service in your home.
- This is your first time hearing from us.
Regardless of which category you may fall into we want to make one thing clear to all of you…
...we’re redefining our relationship with you.
We’ve been taking a close look at ourselves and the way we’ve been doing business for the last 20 years and asking, “How can we more clearly communicate to the people we serve how much we value them?”
Taking people for granted or seeing them solely as a way to increase profit margins is far too common of a practice. When a business labels people as customers it often means one thing: the relationship is contingent on money.
And there are lots of big businesses and corporations already doing a great job of trying to establish that relationship with you
So let us make ourselves clear, that’s not what we’re about. Nor do we want our communication with you to portray that either.
We’re family owned and operated. This is something you’ve probably heard other businesses boast about. There are a lot of us out there. But what does that actually mean in terms of how we do business?
Does it only mean that our staff live in the area? Does it only mean that whoever you’re talking to is most likely related to the owner?
We think it means so much more. And we’re going to show you. If we really are a family business then the people we’re serving should feel like family.
We won’t always be perfect (what family is) but we want you to know where we’re coming from. We hope you’ll notice a difference. We hope you’ll tell us what we’re doing well and definitely where we can improve.
That’s the benefit of a mutual relationship, that’s the benefit of being family.
